Include affected address or asset
Include screenshots if available

Common account issues

  • Password reset or magic-link trouble
  • New device sign-in problems
  • Missing alerts after setup
  • Too many alerts for one property

Billing and plans

If you have questions about plan changes, renewals, or invoices, contact support and include the last four digits of the payment method only if requested.

Never send full card numbers over email.

Frequently asked questions

I’m not getting alerts. What should I check first?

Confirm the monitored location is active, notification permissions are enabled on your device, and your email or phone number is correctly listed on the account. If everything looks right and alerts are still missing, email support.

I’m getting too many alerts. Can they be adjusted?

Yes. Support can help review your monitored locations, radius choices, and notification channels so the signal is useful instead of overwhelming.

Can I update or remove a monitored property?

Yes. If self-service controls are available in your account, you can make the change there. Otherwise, send support the property or asset details and the requested change.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

Contact support@keepsafe.ai from your account email and we’ll help with plan changes, cancellations, or billing questions.

Emergency guidance

If there is an immediate threat to life, safety, or property, contact local emergency services first. KeepSafe should not be used as a substitute for emergency dispatch or urgent response.

Immediate danger: call emergency services
